Overview
Heartfrogs are born with various birth defects such as seam lines and other imperfections. Each listing attempts to show any obvious defects to prevent surprises upon delivery. A seam line on the back of your Heartfrog may not be noted.
In most situations, only defects visible from the front will be noted. Defects on the back are not a reason to exchange your Heartfrog.
Returns
We do not accept Returns for a Refund! If the look of your Heartfrog is not what you expected, please Contact Us and let us know what’s wrong. In certain situations, we will Birth a new Heartfrog for you or let you select a replacement from our Website. Each situation will be individually addressed. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
If your Heartfrog arrived damaged, please IMMEDIATELY take pictures of the damage and the shipping box and send them via our Contact Us page.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us and let us know what’s wrong.
Non-replaceable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom birthed Heartfrogs (unless received damaged or not correct)
To complete your replacement, we require you to contact us first. We will need a copy of your Heartfrog Birth Frogstration Card as your proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do NOT issue Refunds. Damaged-in-transit Heartfrogs and other issues will be corrected with a replacement Heartfrog.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or an Approved replacement (see Overview above). Use our Contact Us page and let us know what’s wrong.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the only Proof of Purchase you need is your Heartfrog Birth Frogstration Card.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
