All Heartfrogs that have a birthdate (shown in item listing) come with 2 PVC Birth Registration Cards, a $10 value.
Birth Registration Cards can be ordered for Heartfrogs with no know birthdate. Pictures above show the front and back of each card, you get 2 cards both showing the front and back.
